This property is at the very northern tip of the Gironde department and just a ten minute drive from Junction 38 of the A10 motorway. Set 50 km from Bordeaux to the south and Saintes to the north it is quiet and peaceful but close to all amenities. The local small town has bakeries, tobacconist, supermarket with petrol station, banks, and other individual shops. It is in the heart of the Cotes de Blaye wine producing area and there are very good beaches just half an hour away.
The property is typical of a "Longere" being long!
